I’m looking to refresh my real estate brand logo while maintaining its clean, modern, and professional aesthetic. I’d like to keep it aligned with my current brand guidelines but refine it for a more elevated and sophisticated look.

Key Elements to Retain:
Typography: The Montserrat typeface (SemiBold and Light) should remain the primary font, as it aligns well with my brand’s professional and open feel. However, I’m open to slight refinements in spacing or weight balance to enhance the overall look.
Color Palette: Stick with the existing black (#000000), dark gray (#383A3C), and light gray (#C0BFBF) tones. I want to maintain the strong, timeless contrast but would consider subtle refinements for a more premium finish.
Minimalist & Modern Style: The logo should remain clean and simple, without excessive design elements, ensuring it looks sleek across various applications (website, print, signage, etc.).
Possible Enhancements:
Typography Treatment: Perhaps a refined kerning or minor tweaks in the lettering to make the brand name stand out more effectively.
Symbol/Icon (Optional): If an abstract, subtle real estate-related symbol (such as a geometric house outline or architectural element) can be incorporated tastefully without making the logo feel cluttered, I’d love to explore that.
Versatility: The logo should work well in both dark and light versions, maintaining clarity and legibility on all backgrounds.
