Hello artists designers, we are blown away by your beautiful work. It’s being amazing to see the different possibilities for making our company alive through your art.

We recently spoke with the attorney assisting us with my trademark registration, and she informed us that the chances of successfully registering MovoMoto are low due to the existence of a company called Movo Novo that sells bicycles. Given this, we believe we will need to pivot and transition to Motomoto K to increase our chances of securing trademark rights. All the design elements remain the same.

We truly appreciate the time, effort, and creativity you have poured into this project. Your designs have been inspiring, and we are grateful for your contributions. Given this necessary change, we want to ensure that we move forward in a way that respects and values your work.

At this stage, we are evaluating the best course of action—whether to proceed with the winning designer for the necessary adjustments or update the brief accordingly. We would love to hear any thoughts or suggestions you may have on this transition.
