Create a strong, cohesive brand identity for our 2025 CSRA | National Restaurant Association. Fall Government Affairs Conference at The Hilton Anatole Dallas in Dallas, Texas. Monday, November 18 to Thursday, November 20, 2025. The branding should convey our event’s personality while maintaining a professional and visually appealing presence across all touchpoints.

Need - Visual Identity Created:
• Design a unique and memorable conference logo.
• Select a color palette that aligns with the event’s location and theme.
• Choose fonts and typography that match the brand personality.
• Create graphic elements (icons, patterns, imagery) to reinforce branding.
• Develop brand guidelines for consistency across platforms.

Intent - Brand Integration Across Event
• Website (header, page design, buttons, etc.)
• Event signage (banners, wayfinding, stage design)
• Marketing materials (brochures, ads, emails)
• Presentation templates and conference app
• Attendee materials (badges, swag items like pens, shirts, totes, etc.)

Deliverables:
• Logo files (vector and web formats as one brand but also elements for individual usage)
• Brand style guide (identify colors (PMS color), and fonts for usage consistency)

Expectations:
• The branding should be distinct, memorable, and aligned with our conference.
• Designs should be clean, professional, and easily adaptable across different materials.
