Our business has evolved over the past years and now our website is no longer relevant.
We clean solar panels and we vacuum roof gutters.
We clean solar panels on the roofs of residential houses right up to billion dollar solar farms with in excess of 1 million panels. We offer thermal image testing and bird proofing for our residential and commercial clients and thermal drone imaging services for our solar farm clients.
We vacuum clean roof gutters (using a SkyVac) on the residential house next door right up to enormous private and public schools, colleges, shopping centres, strat complexes and commercial buildings.
When first built our business had more of a domestic residential skew and the website reflected that. While that is still part of our core business we are now bidding on and have secured large government, commercial and infrastructure contracts and our new website needs to reflect our growth and our new business. We need a new site that it optimised for both desktop ad phone viewing as our latest figures showed that 73% of people visiting our site are on mobile phones. We have an extensive amount of data on Google Analytics available as well as Adwords. Both that would also need integrating with the site along with a few other plugins such as ZoHo Sales IQ, Facebook etc along with SEO key words etc. We are also the winner and finalists over multiple years of the small business of the year awards and we like to proudly and prominently display those on our site.

We are looking for a new site with a modern professional feel / theme

There is a definitive break in our business between the solar Panel cleaning clients and the gutter cleaning clients so we would like a home page that begins with a simple choice:
Solar Panel Cleaning – Gutter Cleaning
With a professional full screen background image (we have hundreds to choose from) and along the bottom a small area with rights reserved etc, phone number etc (at some point in the future we will split these into two businesses but for now it’s what we have).
After that selection is made we would like a repeat of that same scenario but the selection is:
If it’s Solar Panel Cleaning

Government – Infrastructure – Commercial – Residential
If it’s Gutter Cleaning
(new background image)
Government – Strata – Commercial – Residential
After making those choices then onto the relevant pages with background images relevant to each sector and a them that suits (on the residential we would like to keep the link to our google reviews) - We will provide copy / text for each relevant page.
Other than that, a menu inclusive of the above and:
Resellers Portal – we will provide a link to this from ZoHo CRM)
Customer portal (we will supply a link to this from our booking system)
We also need a page for our Solar Resellers / Partners page but we will give them a link to this, it won’t be listed on the site.
Request a quote page (Again we will provide information from ZoHo as this will be linked to the CRM)
