Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo design for a stylish vacation villa in Barbados. We have developed a concept ourselves and want that developed into a logo that can be applied to webiste, merchandising, instagram etc. Our concept is this:
The villa is called HARIKOA, this is the moari word for HAPPINESS. As the villa's tranquil surrounding includes palm trees and beach we want a palm tree to form the 'I' and we want there to be two logos one that says HARIKOA and one that says HAPPINESS but they need to look the same - imagine them on two sides of a bag.

I have added an image of the logo for Sea Shed a popular bar and restaurant - it has a simplicity, contempraneity and sense of joy that we like - but it is for stimulus only.
