Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am a sole proprietor with a business practice that combines the modalities of iRest (guided meditation), massage, coaching, and group facilitation.
Habitus has multiple definitions. The term bodily habitus is used in medicine to describe individual body physique. In the social sciences habitus is the way that people respond to the social world they inhabit, by way of their habits, skills and disposition of character. As a spiritual term it was used by the Stoics to describe personal attributes synonymous with virtue.
My core practice values are listening, holistic assessment, & educating to empower clients to inhabit and live comfortably in their body.
I teach my clients about how the state of their physical body influences mental health and how mental focus and meditation effects the physical body.
The logo should embody/express that body and mind are one entity that exists in community with others. That the mind arises from the condition of the whole body not just the brain. (If the logo is strong enough in showing this then the “bodymind” tag can be dropped.) I am aiming for simplicity in the overall logo design with text.
Your body is the first “space” you inhabit. Mind and body are interconnected in this space. I think of the mind as arising from the whole nervous system spread throughout your physical body. Not just the brain.
I've been thinking of a logo based on Da Vinci's Vitruvian human symbol either in female or gender neutral. (In a simplified form. No details as in Da Vinci’s drawing. Yet somehow represents the mind as well.)
The Vitruvian human drawing includes a circle and a square as a way to reflect the human body situation in a larger spiritual sphere and a rational square space.
The only object that should not be included or alluded to in the design is a house or building. That has been done with other health-related businesses that have the word habit in the name.
Design can be in colour but should also look distinctive in black for window decals.
The design should reflect my own values. These are primarily a seemingly contradictory respect for spirituality & for science-based knowledge, constant ongoing learning and growth, creativity, enthusiasm for sport, and open-mindedness. My own personal aesthetic is Scandinavian simplicity.
