Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Oak Creek Estates is a new Single Family detached home community on (48) large 1/2 acre lots. These are homes that will be for large families or baby boomers with large families that visit. There is a wooded creek that runs through the middle of the community. There are Oak, Cedar, Beech, Hackberry, and Maple trees. There will be an entrance monuments constructed of grey stone with black metal and wood timber accents. These homes will be $1 million + in pricing. The streetscape of the homes will be various styles of modern farmhouse, craftsman, traditional, and cottage. There will be some small pocket amenities like a walking trail, pedestrian bridge across the creek connecting the trail, hammocks and swing seats hanging from trellises along the path, and a greenspace with cornhole and screened pavilion next to the creek. We want the font and logo design to feel glamo-rustic, elegant, luxurious, clean, etc.
The font is important for other signs like the entrance monument. The Logo for the community can incorporate the name, Oak Creek Estates, and/or OCE.
