Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I have a jpg file of the emblem/logo that I want to use to create a new logo. This jpg file can be used but I want to change the colors and add a tagline under the emblem/logo (a picture of an eagle with the words across it that says Ultimate Sovereignty). I would like three variations created: (1)
I would like the color of the emblem/logo changed to the blue colors very similar to the blue colors of my logo called New Lifestyle Changes which is shown in the attached PDF file. Also, the words Freedom, Health & Wealth" should be placed directly under the emblem/logo just like the tagline does on my logo New Lifestyle Changes. (2) The second version would be about the same but to use different colors (Red & Black) which is shown on my other Logo that I also attached called "Millionaire JV Club".
(3) The third version should use the picture I attached called "Eagle" which all the text above the head of the eagle should be take out and the words "Ultimate Sovereignty" in large white letters should be shown across the entire eagle and below it in smaller letters the tagline "Freedom, Health & Wealth". And other versions where the words "Ultimate Sovereignty could be smaller and maybe again above the eagle's head but larger than what's in the picture.
