Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We are looking for an elegant logo design for a Czech dental clinic led by MDDr. Tereza Pernickova. The logo should include both a custom symbol and this text:

Dental Clinic
MDDr. Tereza Pernickova

The symbol is very important – in the future, the clinic probably will change its name (it becomes a company), but we want to keep the symbol as a part of the new identity. So please create something original and unique.
