The style should be modern, clean, and corporate. Not just a basic template off the web.

In addition to the address/website/email/phone fields for DX and SRA number, with the text “the firm is authorised and regulated by the SRA”
All files in all formats will be needed to allow editing after. Initial setup of templates will be required, and details for 4 business cards will be supplied.
