Travieso McLeod is a plaintiff-oriented (i.e., we represent victims of malpractice/negligence against insurance companies and at-fault individuals; we do not represent insurance companies) law firm based in Northeast Florida. We have offices in Ponte Vedra and St. Augustine.
The firm’s founding principle is that the representation of victims of malpractice/negligence is personal, it’s not simply a business transaction. We handle serious medical malpractice, wrongful death, and catastrophic personal injury cases — the kinds of cases where lives have been turned upside down and clients need someone they can truly trust.
We want our brand to reflect integrity, compassion, and perseverance. We’re experienced trial lawyers who aren’t afraid to take a case to trial. We want the brand to signify being the best, not the biggest, because we are not a high-volume, paint-by-numbers type of firm.
