We are looking for a bold, clean, and on-brand sign or pull-up banner design to help direct attendees to our yacht, where all VIVEX meetings will be hosted during the ASPN medical conference.

Event Details:
The meetings will be held aboard the yacht “Kiki at Sea”, docked directly outside the Fontainebleau Hotel main entrance in Miami.
The audience is physicians and medical device professionals, so the tone should be professional, modern, and easy to read at a glance.

Design Requirements:
Text should include:
“VIVEX Meetings → This Way”
“All meetings will be held aboard the yacht Kiki at Sea”
“Docked directly outside the Fontainebleau main entrance”
Include both company logos: VIVEX (primary) and VIA DISC NP (subsidiary)
The design should be on-brand with VIVEX colors, but blending in VIA DISC NP’s color palette is a plus
Consider incorporating subtle nautical elements (e.g. waves, compass, clean lines) to reinforce the yacht location, while keeping the layout sleek and not overly themed

We are open to vertical pull-up banner formats or directional signs, depending on what you recommend

We’ll provide all logos.
