Do you accept final file other than autocad?
For example .step .sldasm .sldprt?

No unfortunately not. It needs to be an AutoCad file.

1) Other than Autocad is .FBX format is acceptable?
2) If .FBX format is acceptable, we will create the 3D Model and can provide you with some renders (Exterior) as well.
3) Could you increase the budget by another C$130 that makes the project cost to C$ 280 total.
4) If it is yes to all the above requests and queries, please make the contest guaranteed.
