We need a contemporary, corporate-style logo for Black Hawk Alliance that is a startup Project Managment Consultancy that provides expert leadership, execution support, and strategic guidance across the project lifecycle.

The company will work in multiple industries but first in civil construction, mining, then into areas like government, rail and training.

I would like the logo to embody the consultancy’s core values of precision, integrity, accountability, and resilience.

Below is what I was went through from AI playing around to help work out a design brief as this is something that I wasn't sure where to start with.

The logo should be bold, minimal, and uniquely recognizable—ultimately able to stand alone as a symbol without accompanying text.

Core Values to Represent
- Precision: Clean lines, geometric symmetry, and sharp, intentional design elements
- Integrity: Balanced composition and trustworthy visual tone—nothing gimmicky or overly ornate
- Accountability: Structured form that suggests professionalism, responsibility, and clarity
- Resilience: Visual strength and adaptability—like a dynamic hawk that thrives across mediums and scales
Visual Direction
- Primary Motif: A modern, stylized hawk figure—sleek and abstracted to avoid cliché, ideally facing forward or in motion
- Style: Bold but minimal; avoids emblem-style framing unless the designer can make it timeless and scalable
- Typography (optional): If included, must be corporate, clean, and strong
- Color Palette: Neutral corporate tones such as black, charcoal, steel grey, and optional highlights (e.g. deep blue or silver)
- Shape Preference: Iconic and symmetrical—well-suited for digital, print, and large-format applications

- Deliverables in vector format (.AI, .SVG, .EPS eg) with color and monochrome versions
- Provide visual mockups in various contexts (letterhead, signage, digital)
