We have expertise in Utilization Management, Clinical Documentation Integrity, Peer to Peer Appeals and Letter Appeal Management. We win over 60% of our Peer to Peer Appeals with Medicare Advantage plans and over 50% of our first level letters.

We make sure hospitals get paid for the care they provide, I really want to emphasize that we are very effective at overturning insurance payment denials.
