Resumen de Diseño de Logo

ASI has created a sister company to service a specific region that goes by called "The Villages". The new entity is named "ASIV" with the "V" representing the "Villages". In short, we would like to create logo that has continuity with the original ASI logo while also being distinct. We've briefly came up with the following ideas:
1. Add the "V" to the end of the ASI logo, in the same font. Replace the fill color of the text with the same green used by The Villages and add an outline the text in the same gold used by the Villages. Leave water drop as is.
2. Add the "V" to the end of the ASI logo, in the same font as the ASI. Replace the fill color of the text with the Villages green. Replace the fill color of the water drop and with Villages Gold.
3. Leave the ASI logo as is, and add a unique V on the end, perhaps overlapping / intertwined with the I in "ASI."
4. Have the original ASI logo siting inside of a large "V"

We are open to any and all ideas so please use your creative liberty.

Notes: Vegas Gold = Pantone 4525 C, HEX #C5B358, and that the matching dark‑green used in Villages signage/logos sits in the Pantone 343/3435 C family (HEX ≈ #013220)
