Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I am creating an umbrella brand called "The Debrief". The brand will grow to include, in this order, a podcast, a leadership development platform, a community and a book. I am looking for a logo that is flexible enough to accommodate all this. I will be starting with the podcast which is centered around real conversations with leaders where they reflect on challenges/issues/mistakes they have come across or made as leaders and how they practically navigated this. The idea is for the audience to take away a practical guide to apply in a similar situation. I would like to see designs with the following colour palette:
- Deep Navy (#1A1A2E): Professional and serious
- Warm Sand (#D9CAB3): Welcoming and neutral backdrop
- Burnt Orange (#D97D54): A bold pop for highlights and callouts
- Cool Grey (#A0A0A0): Secondary text and calm tones
The final design should communicate authentic, grounded, insightful, and empowering.
