The organ is more prominent in this concert than is the grand piano. Also, I have just uploaded two more head shots of Mike Huffman to give you the option of using images of both, maybe removing background. It is not mandatory to use photos of the artists. If "Will Rogers Boulevard" doesn't fit as part of the street address of the venue, then don't use it.

We have received several concepts that would work. I appreciate that some submitters accepted my earlier comments to them and made revisions. There was a lot of material made available to you, and I know it is impossible to include every element. We are proud of our historic art deco venue, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. We like to see the beautiful stage portrayed. We have packed the house on occasion, so it is appropriate to show the backs of lots of heads in the audience. The people on stage in those photos are from a rock concert and should be hidden or removed. Generally, I should emphasize that the organ is the primary instrument to be used in this concert. The grand piano is secondary. It isn't necessary to show both instruments or even just one of them. If you show just one, it should be the organ. This is a concert by two individuals, each having their own impressive credentials. Two of the best in the world. If you decide to show them, please show both. They are generally unknown to the public, so it is a plus when some of their background is used. Maybe just a line for each. The movie list is fine, but not as important as the credentials of our artists. The date and time tickets go on sale become unimportant once that date arrives. If the customers were to try to buy tickets before that date, they would come upon a message telling them when tickets will be available. The more important date is the date of the concert. The URL for the website www.WillRogersStage.com is important because it is the way to buy tickets. I suggest that the URL should be obvious, large enough to be seen. So should our logo. The reference to "Will Rogers Boulevard" as part of the address is optional. It is a secondary name the city assigned to that small part of East 5th Place. You may opt to leave it off to keep from crowding the design. Once again, it would be difficult to use all of the elements I have made available to you. I appreciate that you have made choices. I hope I have not confused you by all of this. Thanks again for your submissions.
To all: If you plan to use the photo of the auditorium showing the stage as the focal point, you probably have been wondering how to treat the white space at the focal point. I suggested that you remove the people on the stage because that was from another concert, not an organ concert. I found a photo taken a few years ago when Mark Herman made his first appearance in our venue. We put a camera on him and his hands working on the keyboards (manuals), projecting it onto a screen suspended at the front of the stage. The photo is in black & white but it gives you the exact perspective of what we probably will be doing on the day of this concert. Just still with the dimensions and you will be accurate. You don't have to use the same picture of Mark in that photo. There are other choices, including some in color. We will not be moving the actual console to the stage from the organ pit (highlighted in the photo), so any inference you drew from me to represent that the console itself will be on the stage is inaccurate. Thank you.
Hay there, I have sent a design, please be given a review and feedback, I am very happy if there are reviews and feedback from you, thank you
