Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We recently created a new practice name and need a new logo. However, we want the new one to complement and have elements of our old logo so it still feels similar and complimentary to the old one. I am attaching a picture of our original logo. We like the monogram (OHC) on the left and name of the practice on the right. There does not need to be lines between OHC... Open to other ideas too but want it to be cohesive with our original, but also fresh! :)
