Our Luxury Apartments need a refresh of their existing logo. They are modern apartments for grad students in Durham, NC.

I've attached our old brand and new branding colors to help. Page 4 is proposed new branding with the colors, but we'd swap out the old logo. We don't want the circle logo anymore.
