About us:
Masonic Care WA is a values-driven, not-for-profit aged care provider committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care and support to older Western Australians. We believe in building communities where people can live with dignity, feel safe and valued.
Task:
We are refreshing our organisational values and require a set of six custom-designed icons to visually represent each value. These icons will be used across internal communications, training materials, signage, and digital platforms.
Values to Represent:
Please design one icon for each of the following values:
Empowerment — We empower our people to make informed choices and achieve personal fulfillment.
Integrity — We uphold the highest ethical standards with honesty and transparency in all that we do.
Respect — We treat every person with dignity, empathy and value their individuality.
Inclusion — We promote inclusivity by creating an environment that welcomes people of all backgrounds.
Safety — We prioritise the health, safety and wellbeing of our people.
Continuous Improvement — We are dedicated to continually enhancing the quality of the care and services we provide.
Design Requirements:
A set of six icons, one per value
Icons should be visually unified in style
Flat or minimal design preferred
No 3D effects or strong reliance on gradients
Must be clear and recognisable at small sizes
Include full-colour and monochrome versions
Final files in SVG and PNG formats

Branding Notes:
We will provide our current style guide for reference, including brand colours and typography. However, please do not feel constrained by the existing icon definitions—this project will inform a revision of our visual identity around values.
Target Audience:
Internal staff across all departments, including leadership, care teams, and new hires.
Timeline:
Initial concepts: within 7–10 days
Final delivery: within 2–3 weeks
Additional Notes:
We welcome creative interpretations that remain intuitive and meaningful.
We prefer that colours stay within our primary and secondary colour swatches, though lighter and darker values are acceptable. Please refer to our style guide, which shows the variations in tones for the primary palette, as well as the HEX values for all swatches in the palettes.
