Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We need a logo for our luxury apartment complex in Apex, NC. These high-end apartments are adjacent to a very common intersection in the town as well as a railroad crossing. Image of the future apartments attached. Since it is called, "The Depot", we wouldn't mind playing off of the railroad theme but to not want it to be direct. Tasteful an elegant are the goals. Font should be modern styling.
