Resumen de Diseño de Empaque

We require a professional carton design system for our packaging products under the heading "PLM" (cartons that hold food-service containers such as cups, lids, napkins, trays).

The design must:
- Compete visually with large packaging brands.
- Be consistent across multiple SKUs and carton sizes.
- Present key specs clearly (brand, product name, dimensions, quantity, SKU code, barcode).
- Comply with Australian requirements for packaging, barcodes, environmental claims, and trade measurement.
- Be supplied in factory-ready print files that can go straight to manufacturers.
- Use one colour/style for the brand name (PLM), but colour code the product families or have some visual differentiation for each to make it easy to spot and pick in the warehouse.

Minimum Content required on boxes:
- Brand Name (top and prominent)
- Product family (e.g. Napkins)
- Product name (e.g. GT Fold Napkin)
- Product code (e.g. PCT350)
- Dimensions (e.g. 310x300x180mm)
- quantity (e.g. 250pcs)

Side/end panels
- Repeat brand, product family/name/code
- Orientation arrows.
- Space for logistics labels.

Creative direction
- Clean, modern, high-contrast typography for storeroom and warehouse visibility.
- Consistent brand framework with colour or pattern variants by product family.
- Large numerals for size/capacity and product names/codes.
- Clear fields for shipping/barcode labels.
- Take inspiration from larger competitors (examples of their cartons attached)

Technical print setup
- Vector artwork only (AI or EPS).
- Press-ready PDF/X with 3–5 mm bleed and crop marks.
- CMYK colour mode, spot colours specified if used.
- Raster images at 300 dpi at final size.
- Fonts outlined in PDFs but editable AI with live text provided.
- Separate layers for dielines, varnish, foil, emboss, white plates.

Deliverables
- Design system (templates/style sheet) that can easily be updated as we change/update product range.
- Final designs for key product family range which includes: Ubers (these are brown bags with twist handles), Paper Bowls, Sugarcane Clams, Plates, Rectangle Containers, Napkins.
- Print-ready PDF/X files for factory printing.
- Editable AI/EPS files with packaged links.
- Colour palette/style sheet.
- 3D mockups and flat artwork on dielines.
