1. if you are looking for a complete change of your existing design or if there is an element that you'd like to retain as part of your new logo? For example there is a wave element in the previous logo, do you want us to keep that as the main direction for the new design?

Thank you for your questions, responses are as follows:-
1. We are after a complete change, I think the only element we would wish to keep is the blue but it does not have to be exact to the same blue as our current logo.
