I am a roofing contractor looking to elevate and simplify the sales presentation of our roof installation services to our customers through a slick/company branded bid form or brochure. Im looking more for design elements in a template format that can be used/modified to have information populated based on unique customer needs.
I would like to have the bid form or brochure present 3 options to homeowners: GOOD / BETTER / BEST

Potentially include pages with details to educate the homeowners on the components of a roof, the material /product specifications included in each of the GOOD/BETTER/BEST options, our insurance information, licensing, etc.

For example: Homeowner Richard is looking to have his asphalt shingle roof replaced on his residential home. Richard knows nothing about roofing, but knows the roof is getting old.
Pioneer Roofing would like to present him with three replacement options, with different price points:
OPTION 1 (Good) = Remove and replace existing roof with new shingle tier 1 quality
OPTION 2 (BETTER) = remove and replace existing roof with new shingle tier 2 quality and better warranty
OPTION 3 (BEST) = remove and replace existing roof with new highest quality shingle and highest grade warranty

I would like one page to concisely present all three options, visually simple with price, and option summaries

One page which essentially educates on the components of a roof (attic space, trusses/rafters/eaves , plywood decking, roofing felts/underlayment, shingle material, metal flashings, ridge and hip shingles, ventilation, etc) -graphic?

One or more pages that show more specific details/scope of each of the options presented (unless this is TMI and we can provide a URL

Another page showcasing our license, insurance, bonds, certification, etc.

For branding, we are partnered with the manufacturer GAF in case we can co-brand anything.

Most of these will be used electronically and filled out as a PDF or similar.
