I lead a latvian folk dancing group in Melbourne, Australia. We are looking to update our logo which will be printed on t-shirts for the group. The logo has to work on a dark background as our t-shirts are charcoal and black. The logo will be on the front of the t-shirt and should take up 70% of the space, so from upper chest to mid stomach. The logo needs to feature our name Piektais Ritenis and the year of our establishment in Roman numerals MMIV. I want it to look almost like a tattoo in style. I have attached our original logo. What I'm after is to maintain the skulls but have them in the centre of a wheel that is moving and spitting out latvian folkloric symbols. The logo needs to suggest movement. I've also attached a second version of the logo which gives you an idea of what I'm after but is not quite there yet. Please make sure it can be printed on a t-shirt at the indicated size.
