Hi! Thanks for your question - it's a good one!! I think 'Beyond the Palette' should go on there as that's the name of my company and the title 'Awkward Angels & Other Festive Follies' and then occasionally the date, venue and a QR code might need to go on but this depends on where it's used. Am I trying to do too much with one design?

No this is not too much, these are all necessary details, we can create versions, in one we can put QR code, other can be without QR code, just one more thing: what other elements can we put in the design and size of the design.

Great. Ideally it should be able to be cropped from 3070 x 2048 to a portrait. The portrait size was always 2480 x 3508 but i think they have changed their website. I would like to be able to use the image for posters, flyers and to send to other venues so something with peripheral things that can be cropped out as required would be good. Regarding other images, I was thinking an awkward angel or santa sleigh, Christmas Tree? Do I need to send these? I wasn't sure if you sourced them? Can I add images to the project for you? This is a first for me so it's a bit of a learning curve.

You can add the reference images of how you want the design to be, and the rest I will do.

The problem is that the quality isn't good enough, but IF you can use the green screen image IMG_1427 I quite like this one.

How about giving me huge angel wings and standing me in front of a Christmas Tree? Do you have access to stock images?
