Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need a logo for a new company called Trustal Recruiting. The name connotates trust and professionalism that you get with our company. But then, we also help our clients find trustworthy and professional skilled tradesmen to hire. Colors:
Blue: Conveys trust, reliability, and professionalism. (Brighter blue not navy preferably.)
Dark Gray or Charcoal: Adds sophistication and stability.
Accent Colors (optional): Green for growth and safety.
Samples are uploaded but I don't totally love any of them. But it's getting me closer to what I am seeking.

Objetivo del mercado(s)

Target market is small to mid size business owners - mainly in the trades (specifically home services). Residential (and some commercial) roofers, plumbers, painting co's, remodeling co's, electricians, HVAC co's, etc.

Tipo de industria / entidad

Recruiting for the trades...while the end user of our services are business owners who are in the trades, we will soon be getting into a space where we are attracting the tradesmen and women as well. Needs to be inviting and upbeat...not too corporate either.

The logo or image can be something abstract, simple, modern, strong. Or it can be something that works with the T and R.

• A very professional, clean look.

Agradable de tener

• I'd love to have a logo that EASILY shows up and looks clear and clean on clothing, hats, when it's printed for something smaller. It can't be so unique an detailed that in certain cases, it won't be clear looking and distinctive.

No debería tener

• A logo that has too many details and thin lines. I want it to be simple, clear, clean, bold, and professional.
