Resumen de Diseño de Flyer

I need a new flyer design for my business, Olsen Outdoor Services. I’ll be providing my old flyer and logo as references. The new flyer should feature updated wording, contact information, logos, and photos, but still keep the original “What We Do” section and include the phrase “Don’t See? Just Ask!” somewhere near the services. The flyer needs to look great in black and white for door-to-door handouts but also be eye-catching and professional enough for social media use.

The updated content should include the headline “Transforming Outdoor Spaces with Hard Work & Precision” and highlight three main service areas: Landscaping Services (project-based landscaping to clean, prepare, and transform outdoor spaces with precision), Property Cleanup (quick hauls, debris removal, or full cleanouts—no job too big or small), and Ground Preparation (pad preparation, brush removal, and fire lines—making properties safe, functional, and project-ready).

Please also include a “Why Choose Us?” section that lists: Locally owned since 2022, Reliable & affordable – no corners cut, Professional results you can trust, LICENSED AND Insured, and Quality work / on time / references / flexible / follow-up.

The overall design should be clean, professional, and easy to read with a layout that clearly shows what we offer. Use visuals that represent outdoor services, landscaping, and property cleanup/prep work. I want something that feels trustworthy, family-friendly, and modern.
Use the same photo of leaf clean up from the original flyer if possible.
Our company colors are also black and white. For the most part.
