The coffee shop's name is Centennial Coffee & Tea (tying into the 100 year school theme). This is a historic neighborhood. The coffee shop will be next to a high-end home design and furniture/decor store, and a gourmet grocery store is across the street. This is a tight-knit neighborhood in Lincoln, Nebraska USA.
