Resumen de Diseño de Logo

We have an existing logo and brand name but are undergoing a rebrand on our trading name, which will be "MBI Beauty Co" moving forward.
We would like to use part of our existing logo - that is the square with MBI inside - and then add the "Beauty Co" text in a stylised format along with one additional graphical element that clearly shows our connection to the beauty industry.
I have uploaded the logo that must be included and added to in a vector format. I have also upload a colour guide for our brand, both of which should help.
We are looking for a modern design but one which compliments our more classical logo and is not cluttered or difficult to translate into the myriad of marketing material that we produce.
You may have some questions so feel free to clarify anything needed.
