Resumen de Diseño de Logo
Business name: green room conservation
The green room is our reference to being amongst trees and bushland but also refers to a surfing term that means being in a barrelling wave. The South West of Australia, where we are based, is famous for its world class waves. Something surfing related could potentially be referenced, although we don’t want to confuse clients into thinking our work is ocean related.
Our core work is working in the bush collecting native seeds, planting trees and restoring the land.
Here are a few ideas that could give you a better understanding of what we like. None of them are compulsory to use:
- the business name all in lower case
- a vertical or horizontal colour gradient across the text evoking the colours of the land here: ‘Gum tree’ green (Pantone 323 or 567)/ ‘dry grass’ yellow (Pantone 128 or 7497)/ ‘red dirt’ orange-brown (Pantone 718 or 1535 or 7517).
- incorporating land contour lines, like in a map.
We don’t think we are looking for a leaf or tree in the logo and are hoping for something a little out of the box.
Some things that describe us and what we are ideally trying to emulate:
• down to earth
• connected to the land
• calm
We would like the logo to be something that would suit a collared work shirt but also look cool on a t shirt, ideally with a pop of colour.
