Resumen de Diseño de Logo

Hi, I have a logo currently for one of my companies, and would really like something new.

The company is called Leading Tech Development and Construction. We generally call it LT Devco. I would like the logo to use the shortened name, although i don't know the best way to write it, or separate it out.
Our logo now has LTDevco and the words "development-construction" under it. I like the idea of having "development-construction" under the logo to define what we do.
As far as a logo, we build commercial buildings in the Mountain West states. We mainly focus on retail buildings. I want the logo to be simple and professional.
I would like the colors to be simple with mainly black and white and one nice accent color. not sure which one yet. Open to ideas. Don't really like kelly green like we have had in the past.

I like logos that include some abstract design of the letters LT or LTD, but like it to be simple.

I also like something with mountains as we are in the mountain west, or modern square buildings, as we build commercial style buildings.
