New name: Balanced Business Advisors

A high-touch, boutique partner that delivers high level accounting precision without the CPA/tax firm baggage. We specialize in:
• Transaction clean-up & catch-up bookkeeping
• Quality of Earnings (QoE Lite) for M&A and private-equity deals
• Proof-of-cash reports for divorce, litigation, and bank financing
• Ongoing accounting and bookkeeping financial operations, reporting, and dashboards
• Project-based engagements for companies that need their numbers “deal-ready” or “divorce-ready”
Target clients: business owners, private-equity buyers, family-law attorneys, high-net-worth individuals going through divorce, banks, and M&A advisors. They value accuracy, discretion, sophistication, and clarity.
Tone & Feeling we want the logo to communicate
Modern | Clean | Sophisticated | Boutique | Confident | Calm | Premium (think private banking or high-end consulting, not Bench.co or 1-800-Accountant)
We like the overall simplicity and the B/B slash idea in the attached sample, but want it executed in a much more refined, modern, luxury-consulting way (think higher-end typography, better spacing, more sophistication).
A logo that looks like it could belong to a top-tier strategy consulting firm or private wealth practice. When people see it on a business card, proposal, or LinkedIn banner, they should immediately think “premium, discreet, expert” – not “discount bookkeeping.”
