(Based on the mock-up in “Brief Layout and Instructions.pdf”)
OVERALL STYLE + LAYOUT
Maintain the same general layout, structure, and flow as the mock-up flyer (front and back).
This is an update of an older flyer, not a full redesign — keep the same sections, proportions, and overall visual feel, but with cleaner, more modern design improvements.
The final flyer should look clean, bold, professional, and high-impact, geared toward realtors, property managers, and contractors who refer work.
FRONT SIDE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Header Section
Remove the Remodel San Diego logo from the top banner.
(Shown on page 1 of the PDF)
2. Main Headline
Keep the same three-line structure:
EARN
UNLIMITED
CASH
Center it, maximize impact, and increase the font size of CASH so all three words match in importance.
Make the headline bold, clean, and the main focal point.
3. Cash Incentive Box
Keep the "$500 minimum OR 10% per referral" box, but upgrade the graphics to look sharper and more modern.
Ensure the wording matches exactly what’s in the mock-up.
4. Premier Partner Program Ribbon
Clean up and modernize the "PREMIER PARTNER PROGRAM" bar while keeping the same position and structure.
Ensure the checkmark badge remains crisp and professional.
5. Supporting Icons Section
Keep the four icons/benefit boxes (Guaranteed Payout, Free Evaluations, Affordable Solutions, Industry Leaders) in the same order.
Update the icons to cleaner, more modern styles — but maintain the same meanings.
Improve alignment and spacing for sharper visual consistency.
6. Remove Icons in Contact Area
At the bottom (“CALL TEXT OR BOOK ONLINE 858-333-8522 FinestCityRemodel.com”), remove the phone and internet icons, as noted on page 2 of the PDF.
7. Replace All Images
I (Kevin) will provide all updated stock images separately via email.
Replace the flood/water-damage imagery and roof leak with the new images I send.
Keep image placement and proportions the same as the mock-up.
BACK SIDE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Header Image + “REFER / EARN” Section
Maintain the same large split-image layout (“The more you refer, the more you earn”).
Replace all background imagery with the new assets I will send.
Keep the CASH FLOW image section but modernize the type and spacing.
2. “HOW IT WORKS” Section
Preserve the three-column layout:
Refer Flood, Water & Mold Damage
We Take Care of Everything (evaluations/insurance)
Get Paid to Share
Update images, tighten spacing, and use modern iconography.
