Likewise, any Board discussions regarding departmental planning, performance, or issues should be addressed with the Manager first, and then with the appropriate Department Head as needed. Financial oversight should be a collaborative effort between the Manager and the Treasurer. The Manager works directly with the Treasurer to analyze financial reports, budgets, and trends, ensuring the Board receives clear, accurate, and actionable financial information to guide decision-making. When these roles are clearly defined and respected, the Club benefits from stronger leadership alignment, improved staff morale, and more consistent execution of the Board’s vision. Most importantly, it allows the management company to focus on delivering measurable results for the membership and the community.
