- River/Stream
- Bridge (Water flowing underneath)
- Traditional Japanese House behind Bridge.
- Japanese Tree to the left of house.
- Mountains in the background, behind house and tree.
- Dragon tail coming over the mountain (Left side)
- Dragon head begins and appears to be guarding entrance of bridge.
-Japanese style waves


Outside forearm:
- Dragon
- Waves Japanese semi-style or actually style


Design is made but is not artistic enough:
- Japanese house is too dark, will look too dark on skin.
- Make improvements on all aspects.
- Tattoo overall is too dark.
- Blend the tattoo elements better together.

Tattoo is realism.
