Cover Design Instructions for "Inherit the Stars"

Reference:
Please refer to the images provided, which show the covers from the first two books in the series. Also included are some reference images of characters and scenes relating to the ideas presented below.

General Specifications:
• Format: 6” x 9” paperback, white paper, 415 pages
• Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
• Publisher Requirements: Must follow Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) guidelines
• Cover Style:
o Either a wrap-around design (one continuous image across front, spine, and back)
o OR separate front and back cover designs.

Text & Typography:
• Title: Inherit the Stars (Bebas Regular Font)
• Subtitle Fonts: All subtitles should use BunkenTechSansStdWide-Heavy, as per the reference images.
• Font Sizes: All fonts and sizes (title, subtitle, spine) should match the reference images exactly, although subtitles and author’s name might use colors which match the color scheme of the artwork. We’ll decide on that as we go.
• Subtitle: CONCORDIUM III

Artwork & Design Elements:

I did not have anything specific in mind for the cover artwork this time, so I am going to present some ideas and am interested in seeing what you, the artists, come up with creatively.

1. Background: a distant skyline of an alien city, at night underneath the Milky Way and a sea of stars. Several starships of varying designs can be seen flying low over the landscape, converging on the city as if arriving for a meeting or conference. One starships should have a hawk-like design to it. This could be a wraparound cover, or just the front cover.
2. Background: a wraparound cover with Earth on the right side of the front cover, and the moon on the left side of the back cover. Between the two, a large-scale space battle between two fleets of starships and fighters, between ships of differing designs.
3. Background: similar to 2, but with the battle taking place low over Mars, but still in space. (Low Mars orbit)
4. Some variation on the above themes using characters in the cover artwork, or the other reference images provided. Character reference images are provided. All reference images are mine, created using AI, and do not depict actual people. They can be used as seed images or prompts without fear of copyright violations. Any such images should be at night, with lots of stars and/or the Milky Way overhead, to coincide with the title.
5. Your own inspiration, if you have what you feel is a great idea. It should match the overall theme of the project: science fiction book cover, space-based, futuristic, involving alien alliances and interstellar wars.

Feel free to submit multiple examples with multiple themes, or pick one of the above themes and concentrate on it.
