I TOTALLY agree - 700.00 for a full website and then hosting it. That price is ridiculous!~ SOOO Sorry, many of us true designers would love to take this on. It would be a great project yet our time for creating this is worth more that that. Most sites range from 2,000 - 10,000 . I would suggest you reevaluate.
