Talent By Design Collective Inc.

Brand Overview: Talent By Design Collective Inc. is a strategic advisory and AI-enabled organizational performance company.

We help leaders identify friction across: People, Operations, Digital systems (POD) and convert that friction into aligned, measurable performance outcomes.
The master logo (attached) includes:
* A rooted tree system
* Human profiles in the trunk
* Digital circuitry in the roots
* Multi-colour canopy (diversity + intelligence)
* Clean, modern typography

All sub-brands must feel like they belong to this ecosystem.
Project Objective
Design two sub-brand logos that:
* Visually align with the Talent By Design Collective master brand
* Feel cohesive when shown together
* Work independently in platform UI, investor decks, reports, and marketing
* Are scalable and professional (not trendy/startup gimmicky)
* Signal credibility + innovation

The two sub-brands are:

1. POD-360™(Assessment Platform)
2. POD-Insights AI™ (AI Strategic Intelligence Layer)

Sub-Brand 1: POD-360™
Purpose: POD-360™ is the diagnostic engine.
It measures organizational friction across:
* People
* Operations
* Digital
It is structured, data-driven, and analytical.

Brand Personality: Credible, Structured, Objective, Strategic, Institutional-ready

Visual Direction: Design should:
* Use circular or 360° motion elements
* Suggest completeness / full spectrum visibility
* Feel clean and modern
* Be simpler than the umbrella logo (less illustrative)

Avoid:
* Cartoon arrows
* Overly aggressive motion
* Heavy gradients

Preferred:
* Clean geometry
* Subtle circular framing
* 2-colour variation that connects to umbrella palette

Tone: Professional not flashy

Sub-Brand 2: POD-Insights AI™
Purpose: POD-Insights AI™ transforms diagnostic results + uploaded strategy documents into executive-level clarity.

This is the intelligence engine.
Brand Personality
* Intelligent
* Forward-thinking
* High-leverage
* Sophisticated
* Executive
Visual Direction
Design should: Subtly reference AI, neural networks, or intelligence systems. Feel more dynamic than POD-360. Suggest connection → insight → upward movement.

Avoid: Obvious “robot brain” clip art
Literal AI chip icons, Overly techy or sci-fi aesthetics

Preferred:

* Abstract intelligence symbol
* Node or connection motif
* Slight sense of flow

Tone: Strategic AI > consumer tech

Brand Alignment Requirements

Both logos must:

✔ Use typography that complements the master brand
✔ Work in black & white
✔ Work in horizontal and stacked formats
✔ Scale to favicon/app icon size
✔ Look cohesive when displayed together

Hierarchy example:

The relationship should feel like:

Master Brand = ecosystem
POD-360 = measurement
POD-Insights AI = intelligence amplification

Colour Direction

Primary umbrella tones:
* Deep charcoal
* Teal/blue
* Multi-colour canopy (used sparingly)

Sub-brands should:
* Use controlled subsets of umbrella palette
* Avoid introducing entirely new colour families
* Maintain sophistication

Suggested direction:
* POD-360 → cooler structured tones (navy/teal)
* POD-Insights AI → slightly brighter blue or gradient variation

No neon, no red/orange dominance.

Deliverables Required

For EACH sub-brand:

* Primary logo (horizontal)
* Secondary stacked version
* Icon-only mark
* Black version
* White/reverse version
* Vector files (AI + SVG)
* Transparent PNGs and regular JPEG
* Font specifications
* Colour codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK)
* Simple brand usage guide (1 page)

Usage Context

Logos will be used in:

* SaaS dashboard header
* Executive reports (PDF)
* Investor pitch decks
* Website
* LinkedIn banners
* Legal documentation
* App icon / login screen

They must feel enterprise-ready.

Emotional Outcome

When a CEO sees these logos, they should think:

“This is credible.”
“This is structured.”
“This is intelligent.”
“This feels like a serious platform.”

Not:
“This is a coaching brand.”
Not:
“This is a startup experiment.”

Strategic Context (Important for Designer)

This is Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a multi-year product roadmap.
The logo system must be expandable.
Future possible sub-brands may include:
* Sector-specific editions
* Enterprise tier
* Insights dashboards
* Coaching integrations

Therefore:
Design must be modular and scalable.

We are not redesigning the umbrella brand. We are extending it into a cohesive product architecture.
