Resumen de Diseño de Logo

I need to modify an existing logo that I have used for years, and have had the rights to do so. I wish to essentially keep the bottom of the old logo but change the TOP of that logo from a crown to an emblem of 3 leaves which i will post a picture of.

I attaching 3 files here for reference.

The first the ORIGINAL LOGO that has the crown on top.

The second has the 3 leaf cluster in the middle that I would like to take and apply at the top of the original logo with the wreath going all the way up to the top... like the original logo.

The third... a cheesy example I tried to put together with AI. It gives the general sense but I dont wish it to be exactly like this. As mentioned, I wish the wreath to arc to the top of the logo. The texture of the logo I wish to be metallic like the original logo. I would prefer the 3 leaves in gold. Please try to work with this, I intend to stay close to the original design but if you have a creative idea that modifies this, I am open to seeing that. I will need a version of the output file in high resolution for reproduction on tshirts, mugs, posters etc... I also need a version of the file on a TRANSPARENT background so it can be placed on a page as a logo header.
