Please follow a “Sample Flyer Copy” style layout — strong headline, clean sections, minimal clutter, and easy to scan. Use fints Seasons and Poppins interchangeably.
All property details, specs, and exact wording should be pulled directly from the MLS Listing file I provided. Do not guess or rewrite specs.
OVERALL LOOK + FEEL
Clean, high-end, professional (Brickell / financial district vibe)
Think: simple, sharp, not busy
Neutral palette (white, black, soft gray) + subtle accent color if needed
Prioritize readability over design gimmicks

FORMAT
