**Rio Campbell Motorsport Logo Design Brief**

We are looking to create a new, premium logo for Rio Campbell Motorsport, representing the next phase of Rio’s racing career as he competes in the Australian Formula Ford Championship.

The current logo (attached) served its purpose during karting and early development. We are now stepping into a more professional, national-level presence and require a logo that reflects performance, precision, and a pathway toward elite motorsport (Supercars / international racing).

**Design Objectives**

The new logo should:
Be bold, modern, and instantly recognisable
Feel professional and sponsor-ready
Translate across:
Race car livery (Formula Ford and beyond)
Team apparel (hoodies, caps, tees)
Social media and digital branding
Sponsor decks and media assets
Have a high-end motorsport identity, similar to professional racing teams and driver brands

**Key Design Elements**
Primary focus:
“RIO” should be the dominant feature of the logo
Supporting text:
"Campbell Motorsport” can be secondary but still clean and legible
Race number integration:
Incorporate 333 where appropriate (not forced, but desirable if it enhances the design)

Sharp, aggressive, fast
Clean enough to scale across different uses
Avoid overly cartoonish or cluttered designs

The logo must feel premium, professional and sponsor ready, while also being bold, fast and instantly recognisable on a race car, social media and merchandise. It should position Rio Campbell Motorsport as an established, high performance driver brand on a clear pathway toward Supercars and international racing, with a strong, modern identity that is equally suited to corporate environments and lifestyle apparel.

• The logo must prominently feature “RIO” as the dominant element, with “Campbell Motorsport” as a clean and legible secondary component, and should incorporate the race number 333 where it enhances the design without overcrowding it. It must use a strong, modern, motorsport inspired style that is bold, sharp and easily recognisable, with a colour palette centred around black, purple and orange. The design must be clean and scalable for use across race car livery, merchandise and digital platforms, and work effectively in both full colour and mono versions on light and dark backgrounds. All submissions must be original, human created designs with no AI generated content.

• Nice to have elements include a subtle integration of motion or speed inspired design cues such as angles, lines or shapes that suggest performance, as well as the ability to extract a simplified icon or badge version of the logo for standalone use on merchandise and social media. Custom typography or unique lettering is highly encouraged to create a distinctive identity, and designs that cleverly incorporate the number 333 in a way that enhances the overall aesthetic will be viewed favourably. A logo that has a slightly aggressive, high energy feel while still maintaining a clean and premium look, and that would not look out of place on a professional racing grid or alongside major sponsors, will stand out.
