The phrase on the tee-shirt will be " Protect your mental health by any means necessary".

The design: a person cycling, with an emphasis on the brain (the brain having different stressful sayings and a person biking for peace of mind and/or a design of a individual at a desk-or a stressful situation while his mind has a bunch of bicycles circling it; Or individual on bike and brain activity states a bunch of words while individual is biking.
