We are creating a one-page flyer for hospital staff (NICU, Labor & Delivery, social workers, and care coordinators) to use as a quick referral resource for families in need of support.

This is not a marketing or fundraising flyer.

It should function as a practical tool that staff can quickly scan and use in real time.

Design a flyer that clearly communicates:
-When to refer a family
-What support families receive
-How to quickly submit a referral
The goal is to make this fast, intuitive, and easy to use in a clinical setting.

Design Style:
The design should feel:
Calm, warm, and supportive (not corporate or overly clinical)
Clean and easy to scan quickly
Professional enough for hospital environments
Emotionally thoughtful, but not overwhelming

Visual Direction:
Soft neutral tones (cream, beige, soft gray, muted sage, dusty blue)
Minimalist layout with strong visual hierarchy
Clean, modern typography (avoid heavy script fonts)
Subtle warmth (optional light sunshine element ☀️)
Plenty of white space

Required Sections:
Header with organization name + short description
“When to Refer” (bullet list)
“What Families Receive” (bullet list)
“How to Refer” (must include QR code + short URL)
Footer with trust-building statements

Important Requirements:
Must be easy to read in under 5 seconds
Must include a prominent QR code area
Must print cleanly on standard 8.5 x 11 paper
Avoid clutter—prioritize clarity and usability

This flyer will be used by healthcare providers during emotionally sensitive moments. The design should feel supportive, respectful, and human-centered.
