Brief is unclear to me.Few clarifications needed:

What you need to design? "logo"...If yes...what is the logo text?
OR
Suggest a saying?
First I suggest a saying then create its logo...????
What is the task?

If you want to send me suggestions for sayings I can tell you which ones we like. Most people have submitted designs with the sayings but your way makes more sense.
