We need a premium, brand-defining logo for LuxOI (pronounced "Lux-Oh-Eye") — an AI software company that builds intelligent solutions to transform how businesses operate across every industry.

ABOUT LUXOI:
LuxOI delivers enterprise-grade AI software — from construction bid management to AI agent deployment — for businesses at any scale. We currently serve 200+ enterprise clients across 6 industry verticals with 99.9% uptime. Our tagline is "Your Intelligence, Organized." We are based in Cape Coral, Florida. Our team uses the title "Solutions Architects" (not engineers) because our people design systems while AI handles the programming. This human-expertise-meets-machine-intelligence identity is core to who we are.

BRAND PERSONALITY:
- Intelligent — We're an AI company. The logo should feel smart, not gimmicky.
- Premium / Luxury — "Lux" comes from a heritage in high-end construction. Quality and refinement are in our DNA.
- Modern & Minimal — Clean lines, intentional spacing, nothing cluttered.
- Bold & Confident — We serve enterprise clients and promise transformation.
- Warm, Not Cold — Most AI companies lean into cold blues and sterile whites. We break that mold with warm tones that signal approachability and human partnership.

COLOR PALETTE:
- Primary background: Deep black (#0A0A0A)
- Primary accent: Warm orange-to-amber gradient (approx #E8822A to #F5A623)
- Supporting: White or light gray for contrast
- Open to gold, warm copper, or subtle dark metallic tones as secondary accents

STYLE DIRECTION:
Our existing website (luxoi.com) sets the visual tone: dark backgrounds, warm orange-amber gradients, modern sans-serif typography, premium and tech-forward but with a human warmth. The logo must feel at home in this aesthetic.

THE "LUX" CONNECTION:
"Lux" means light in Latin. This is a meaningful brand thread — illuminating complexity, bringing clarity to chaos, shining a light on the intelligence already inside a business. Designers who can subtly weave this concept into the mark (light rays, lens effects, luminous gradients) without being heavy-handed will stand out.

LOGO CONCEPTS TO EXPLORE:
1. Wordmark-focused — A custom typographic treatment of "LuxOI" where the "OI" could be treated as a visual element (e.g., the "O" as an abstract lens, eye, or data point).
2. Logomark + Wordmark — An abstract icon paired with the company name referencing intelligence, organization, light, or structured data.
3. Monogram — A stylized "L" or "LO" mark that works standalone as an app icon/favicon.

WHAT WE DO NOT WANT:
- No generic "brain + circuit board" AI clichés
- No overly complex illustrations that won't scale to a favicon
- No cold, sterile, blue-heavy tech palettes
- No playful/casual/startup-y vibes — this is enterprise software
