Background & context
Felix started in 2012 & is now listed on ASX. It has been a business that's operated very opportunistically to find its growth but lacking in clear strategy & execution. In late 2025 the remaining founder left & a new CEO has joined the business. Felix provides enterprise software to support vendor management & sourcing within highly asset-intensive industries such as construction. In addition it has a marketplace where organisations can search for vendors to complete projects for them.
Nexvia was bought by Felix in 2025 & is a fully operating division of the Felix Group. It started in 2016 & provides software to fit-out businesses, eg within retail, to estimate & manage projects.
As part of the new chapter the Group is embarking on we'll have a new strategy & altered structure. It's the perfect time to introduce new aligned values to the business & ensure we've got everyone exhibiting the right behaviours to build a high-performing team
Project Scope: Values Icons
Please create 3 individual icons (1 per value)
The values are:

2. Brave - having no fear within our actions whether backing an idea, speaking the truth or taking on something new
3. Empowered - so don't wait to be asked

1. Bring positive intent - so can expect it in return
2. Listen as much as we talk - to understand before being understood, genuinely hearing each other

Brand and Values Context
In implementing the new values we want them to 'live & breathe' within the business so can be embedded in everyday conversations, projects & ways of working. In our desired state, they have meaning to people. Key factors we're looking to raise the bar on are:

* Human connection and people enablement
Design Direction
We want the icons to feel modern, intelligent and clean, while still remaining approachable and human-centered. They should be simple enough to be easily recognised, and not too being busy.
The icons should:
* Have a cohesive visual style across all three icons
* Work across digital platforms (Slack, Teams), presentations, internal documents, and merchandise
* Feel contemporary and tech-oriented without being overly generic
* Avoid being too 'literal' or cliche (ie a lightbulb or arrows)
They must be able to work alongside our branding guidelines (although needn't be limited by them):
* Brand colours
* Typography
* Existing visual assets/style references
Creative Interpretation
We are open to creative interpretation of the values and would appreciate concepts that reflect:
* AI / digital transformation
* Connectivity and people collaboration
* Innovation and momentum
* Human empowerment through technology
Usage Considerations
The icons will be used across:
