The name combines Practice and Tessera.

A tessera is one individual tile that forms part of a much larger mosaic.

A professional career is built one meaningful experience at a time. Each experience becomes another tessera in that lifelong mosaic.

The logo should express this idea visually.

Please evolve the attached concept rather than replacing it.
