I see what you're asking for. We intentionally left out the current design because we didn't want to imply that's what we're looking for. We're trying to move away from this "cartoony" look. We do want to have a friendly feel to the product, but we don't feel the durrent "cartoony" image it is relatable to an EdTech platform audience.

As far as the design we envision? We'd like to see what creative ideas people come up with. The main "required" elements are the base color, contrast in dark/light mode, and the theme of "Ninja" being present in the logo. (Ninja themes can be accomplished a number of ways -- Shuriken/star, Sword, Mask, Headband, An actual ninja, etc.)

If you view the current site, take a look at the top-left logo. That's the main Structure we're looking for: Logo to the left of a wordmark.

Also take a look at the hero image (Center of the homepage). Having a stacked vertical version is desired as well. The logo itself (without the wordmark) should be able to be used independently for App icons, Favicons, etc.
